City of Nanaimo goes live with ERP project implemented by Illumiti

Illumiti completed an SAP implementation project at the City of Nanaimo, British Columbia, which is live in production since August 2010. The project involved conversion of all city assets, including linear assets to SAP Asset Management, to deal with all aspects of the asset life cycle from purchase to end-of-life.
The project was completed by Illumiti in 4.5 months from start to finish, on time and within the expected budget.
Key benefits expected by the city include:
- Integration with the city's current Finance, Project Management and Funds Management processes, powered via existing SAP functionality; and
- Compliance with the Public Sector Accounting Board's reporting standards.
